Refund Policy

At The Attaché Line, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

 

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@theattacheline.com with the following details:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photo of faulty item

Please note that return shipments are at the expense of the customer, and our standard shipping rates apply for return shipments. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with store credit and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Upon delivery, please inspect your order carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and work towards a resolution.

 

Faulty Items:

At The Attaché Line, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a faulty item, we are here to help

In the rare event of manufacturing faults, please notify us immediately with photo evidence within 7 days of receiving your item. We will arrange for replacements or suitable solutions as necessary.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  • Change of mind returns are not accepted.

  • Returns due to poor fit on your basin cannot be accepted.

  • Failure to read the basins we do not fit, will not result in a refund and will be up to our discretion. 

Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
