Are the trays compatible with all basins?The trays are designed to fit the majority of standard basins. We offer two tried and tested interchangeable clip sizes. Will my color bowls fit in the tray?Yes, our tray is designed to fit most standard color bowls with a lip up to 12cm, used in salons. However, we recommend checking the dimensions of your bowls before making a purchase to ensure compatibility. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.

Can I change my order?Unfortunately once an order is placed, it is unlikely that we will be able to change it. However, if you do wish to amend an order, please email us with details of your order and the change you require as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you.

What happens if my parcel goes missing?At Attaché, we strive to ensure that every order is delivered to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. However, in the rare event that your parcel goes missing, we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order. If your parcel is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will initiate a thorough investigation with the relevant postal service or courier to locate your missing parcel and provide updates on its status. If your parcel cannot be located, we will offer you the option of a replacement order or a full refund. Rest assured that we take all necessary precautions to minimize the risk of lost or stolen parcels, and we are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service and support.

My item is faulty, what should I do?We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order and provide details of the issue along with photos as proof of the fault. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue by either exchanging the item or issuing a refund. Can I wash my Attaché tray?Yes, you can wash your Attache tray as you would your bowls and tint brushes. Simply use warm water and detergent to clean it. Alternatively, you can wipe it down after use to keep it clean and ready for your next coloring session.

How do I track my order?Once we receive your order and it has been processed, you will automatically be sent a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order online, and to see when it is due to be delivered. If you do not receive a tracking number, please email your name and order number so we can check the status of your order and send you the tracking number manually. We want to make sure that you receive your order as quickly and smoothly as possible, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your order.

Are your products made in Australia?Good question!! We designed, engineered and manufactured our signature tray right here in Australia. If we couldn't work with family, we worked with family run businesses. While we strive to be 100% Australian made, as a small start-up business we have had to outsource some manufacturing. Our bowl, brush, and clip collection are manufactured overseas using a trusted supplier. We work closely with them to ensure our standards are met and ethical practices are used. We understand the importance of transparency in our manufacturing process, and we want our customers to know exactly where our products come from. What should I do when I receive my Attaché tray?We recommend inspecting your Attaché tray upon receipt to ensure that it has arrived in good condition. If you notice any damage or defects, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. If everything looks good, simply remove any protective packaging and test which clip fits your basin best! In your package you will receive our gel pads. They are waterproof and reusable. Simply apply them to your basin where your clips will sit to prevent any tray movement.

What is a birth mark?You may notice the in lip of your tray has a birth mark! All trays have this mark due to where it is detached from the mold. We take the mark down as much as possible without sacrificing the integrity of the tray. With using such a durable material there is only so much we can do before the material itself is no longer viable and we are not willing to take that chance. Some marks are more pronounced than others due to making sure we are not affecting the integrity of the material and strength of the handle. We would rather have an imperfection that does not cause harm or interfere with the function and longevity of the tray than make it visually perfect affecting the integrity of the tray causing it to deteriorate.
